Product Design
From discovery through to delivery — research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for iOS, Android, and web apps.
Designing things people actually want to use
No two products are the same, and neither are the teams building them. Sometimes you need a designer embedded in your squad for months. Sometimes you need someone to take a rough idea and shape it into something real over a few weeks. We’re happy either way.
Little Curio — led by Grant Bunyan — has worked with early-stage founders sketching on napkins, product teams juggling a messy backlog, and agencies who need someone to roll-up their sleeves and knuckle down for a tight deadline. The common thread is a focus on the people who’ll actually use the thing.
What that looks like in practice
It depends on what you need. Some projects call for deep research and careful discovery. Others start with a clear problem and jump straight into design. Here are some of the things we typically help with — but we’ll figure out the right mix together:
- Understanding your users through research, interviews, or just getting closer to the problem
- Mapping out how a product should work before anyone opens a design tool
- Exploring ideas quickly through wireframes and rough prototypes
- Designing polished interfaces that feel considered and consistent
- Building interactive prototypes for testing or stakeholder buy-in
- Sitting alongside your developers to make sure the build feels right
How we’d work together
We don’t have a rigid process we force onto every project. We’ll adapt to however your team works — sprints, kanban, whatever you’ve got going. The important thing is we stay in sync and you always know where things are at.
Platforms
iOS, Android, responsive web — we’re comfortable across all of them and respect the patterns and conventions each platform’s users expect.
